Microsoft’s cloud-native security information and event management (SIEM) and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platform, Microsoft Sentinel, delivers intelligent security analytics and threat detection across the enterprise. This enables SecOps to respond to threats efficiently through automation, but collaboration with backup teams is crucial for a complete response. This might result in more downtime for the organization resulting in loss of business continuity.

The integration of Rubrik Security Cloud with Microsoft Sentinel empowers Security and IT Operations teams to streamline threat response and automate data recovery within a single platform. Teams can then execute precise or large-scale data recoveries directly from Sentinel, combining security insights with IT operations for faster, more effective responses to cyber threats, ultimately saving time and resources.
Goal
Rubrik had previously used graphic-driven motion videos for their explainer and promotional content, but for this project, they wanted a fresh, bolder approach that conveyed both the seriousness of the problem and the simplicity of their solution. I proposed a kinetic typography style, animating text in sync with the dynamic beats of the video. This approach allowed for subtle yet impactful animations to emphasize key themes like “attacks” and “security,” while maintaining a balance with the energetic tone of the overall video.
